The curls remain as they are after shampooing, but I think the curls will loosen with prolonged use.

If you wear it every day, once a week is a guideline. If you use a styling product, wash it off on the same day. Excessive shampooing will damage the wig, so it is not recommended.

We recommend using a special comb for wigs. The brush part is made of elastic metal, so you can gently comb the wig.

All of our products are synthetic hair made from the highest quality Japanese heat-resistant fiber (200°C heat resistant) that can be used with a hair dryer or iron. (However, please do not use it incorrectly as it may cause damage.

You can use it, but there are styling foams for wigs on the market, so we recommend that you purchase them separately before using them.

Cutting is possible. There are people who do it themselves, and there are also people who request a haircut at a beauty salon. Recently, there are many hair salons that will cut your wig if you ask for it.

If the wig is made of 100% synthetic (artificial) hair or a mix of synthetic (artificial) and human hair, it cannot be dyed or bleached. If you want to match the color, it seems that there are many people who dye their own hair to match the wig.
100% human hair products can be colored in the same way as your own hair.

It is possible to divide the wig into either the left or right side, but due to the characteristics of the wig, we do not recommend adding a part that is not originally attached. Since the wig net and the fukashi processing applied to the wig may be visible, we recommend that you divide the wig diagonally.

Prevents the wig from losing its shape. The wig stand is also useful when cutting the bangs of the wig and when brushing it.

For straight wigs, use a brush to brush from the ends of the hair and gradually comb out the tangles. If you brush from the root to the tip of the hair, the hair may fall out.

For wavy wigs, use a comb with large eyes to slowly loosen tangles and tangles from the ends. Gradually brush your hair from tip to root. Finally, gently brush the entire hair from root to tip.

Please note that wigs are hygienic products and are meant to be worn directly on the skin, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the wig has been put on, opened, or the wig's protective net has been removed.
We do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges due to customer reasons (ordering error, image (color) different, design dislike, different from what was expected, size does not fit, etc.).
If the ordered product is different from the delivered product, it will be exchanged. In the case of initial defects (damage, missing items, stains), returns are possible.

It is possible if it is before the product is shipped. Please contact us by email or phone. In our shop, we will send you a "Product Shipment Notification" email after the shipment is completed. We cannot accept cancellations after sending the "Notice of Product Shipment" email. There may be leftover hair from the production process. Please use it after lightly brushing before use.

The bangs and the root part of the top are crispy, which is a process called "fukashi processing".
It is not a defective product because it is a manufacturing method that makes the bangs look fluffy like natural hair and gives volume to the top part easily.

Long wigs tend to get tangled more than medium or short wigs, but they are not defective.
Apply a generous amount of wig spray, divide into several bundles, and gently brush from the ends to the bottom of the wig.
*If you leave it too strong, it may cause hair loss.
If it still doesn't seem to be tangled, some customers cut that part with scissors.

It's not a defective product just because the bend is shallow. Push the pin slightly with your finger and bend it outwards to add strength and secure the clasp.

At our store, we do not put words that remind us of “wigs” or “katsura” on invoices or outer boxes. The contents of the invoice are described as "fashion accessories".

Overseas shipping is possible. If the delivery address is overseas, please let us know by email the "postal code", "overseas address", "name", and "desired product and color". Payment will be shipped after confirmation of transfer to the account specified by our shop.
The payment amount will be the product price + international EMS shipping fee. We do not accept returns or exchanges from overseas because we inspect the products before shipping them.
